Location: the hotel was close to centre as well as countryside, MRT and the Shilin Night Market and the most famous night market. It was near Ayi Yanshuiji, where you can have lunch. The room we had was modern with a balcony and the staff was helpful!

Having a washing machine in the room was a game-changer, allowing us to easily freshen up our linens. The suite we stayed in was stylish and comfortable, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi bath and a balcony. The communal room with a terrace and basic meal facilities was a nice touch. The hotel's location, right opposite the MRT station, made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby hiking trails. we highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail and great amenities.

The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom and even a balcony to enjoy the city views. I also appreciated the value for money, with breakfast included in the affordable price. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thanksgiving stay was amazing! the complementary breakfast and coffee were super yummy and comforting. the hotel's location was perfect as it was walking distance to the night market. the bed and pillows were cozy and I had a great sleep.

The stairs to the loft were steep, and it was a bit inconvenient for me. the sofa bed wasn't the best for watching TV as there wasn't enough back support.

During our New Year's stay, the noise level from other guests was unbearable. The walls were thin and we could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms.

Convenient location next to MRT station, great breakfast with fresh options, friendly staff, and tidy hotel facilities.
